Hi,

How did this happen? is this a new install of sh404SEF?

It looks like the files for shLib are not installed which might happen if there are permission issues on your server.

To fix this right now, you can install directly the shLib plugin after downloading it [from this online folder].

Best regards

Hi, i had a problem with my site and i needed to delete some folders, including sh404sef. After, I reinstall joomla, reinstall sh404sef but let database intact. I think it is because of this. A lot of sh404sef plugins seems not installed. When i try to install sh404sef full this plugins should be installed but this doesn't occurs.

HI

Hi, i had a problem with my site and i needed to delete some folders, including sh404sef.
This is always a problem because contrary to WordPress, Joomla keeps all the extensions information in the database.

I think it is because of this.
Yes, you maybe kept the "component"s part but you may have removed all the plugins. sh404SEF cannot work without them.

When i try to install sh404sef full this plugins should be installed but this doesn't occurs.
No, it would not install shLIb because you kept the database. As shLIb is already registered, with the same version, it' s not installed again. For the others, I'm not sure: the installation is done by Joomla so I think it depends a lot on which folders are missing and which folder are left. Also and again, write permissions on those folders will matter.

I would suggest the following:

- look at the /administrator/components/com_sh404sef/plugins folder: you have all the plugins there,in sub groups: installer, sh404sefcore, sh404sefextplugins and system (which also contains shLib)
- copy the content of those 4 folders into Joomla own /plugins folder
- then use Joomla "Discover install" to install them.

Best regards
