Hello,

The Sh404SEF does not work with JFConnect and Improved AJAX Login & Register although I leave these components Non-SEF. When I enable Sh404SEF, Our users cannot log in out website via facebook and google plus. I am confused by this problem.

Could you please help me to resolve it.

I'm afraid not with so little information. The only thing I can say about JFConnect is that its system plugin order is important. So go to the Joomla system plugins page and change the order of sh404SEF and JFBConnect system plugins.

Improved AJAX Login & Register

We used this component here at weeblr.com for several years without issue and using "Use default handler", no need for Leave as non-sef (we removed it also some times ago).

Our users cannot log in out website via facebook and google plus.

Please see remark about plugins ordering.

To go any further, at the very least please:

- provide links to your site
- superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterward, but it must have superuser level.

You should just set "Enable URL optimization" to No on the main control panel.

2 - Please update to current Joomla version (3.9.8 at the moment)

3 - I can't say why JFBConnect is not working. That is not a normal situation as JFBCOnnect is often used with sh404SEF. I should be able to find why if you are able to provide us with a backup of the site (made with Akeeba backup) that we can download and install on a local machine to debug both JFBConnect and Advanced Login.
