Hi

The usual reasons are:

- you setup an "advanced redirect" (with {*} parts) that is triggered by this URL
- you have enabled "301 redirect from Joomla SEF to sh404SEF" under the "Advanced" tab of sh404SEF configuration
- you have at least one component set to "Use Joomla router" under the "By component" tab of sh404SEF configuration
- the redirect is not done by sh404SEF but either by Joomla "Redirect component" or by your .htaccess.

Is it correct that source code of that page is <meta name=robots content=noindex,follow />
Will not indexed right?
