Hello,

I would like to use google tags manager. I do not know if to paste it to SH404SEF and I can omit UA setting or should I use both?
I searched for SH404 in code to find tracking code, but I was not sucessfull :).

I also inserted tag manager via my template. Maybe thats the issue.

You can enter both but sh404SEF will only insert one.

Do you mean you searched for the Analytics javascript in a page source code but could not find it? You should search for "analytics" or "gtm" respectively.

If the code is indeed not there:

- read the documentation on this page
- be sure to clear both ALL Joomla caches and your browser cache
- be sure to have the User access levels correctly set (see documentation), ie "Public" for everyone to be included.

You should not include it twice. So if you use sh404SEF, then remove it from your template.

If that does not solve your problem, please provide full link to site and superadmin credentials. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterward, but it must have superuser level.
