Hi

1 - What's your Joomla exact and full version?
2 - What's your sh404SEF exact and full version?
3 - A 500 error means that a PHP of some kind is happening. You need to go to Joomla configuration and set "Error reporting" to "Maximum". Then try again and you should get an error message. Report it here in full, with all details.

Best regards

Hi

As you can see on the error, you server PHP installation does not have the function open_ssl_random_pseudo_bytes. As this PHP function is included since PHP 5.3:

- either you do not run PHP 5.3 or more which is required for running sh404SEF (see Requirements)

- or this particular function has been disabled or removed from your PHP setup

If running PHP less than 5.3.29, you need to upgrade to a more recent version.

If running PHP 5.3.29 or more recent, you need to have that function enabled back. Only your hosting company can do that for you, unless you compiled PHP yourself. If you compiled PHP yourself on your server, you should then compile it again, this time including openssl-related functions.

Best regards
