As I said before I purge all links and it started working correctly. But, I don't want to do it each time.

To me those are just 2 links, I don't know what you mean by "with title" and "without title".

If "/kazimiera-i-kazimierz-cislo-uhonorowani-tytulem-polakow-roku" is not the article title, what is it then? and where did you find this link?

As I said before I purge all links and it started working correctly.

Do not purge URLs. Instead, delete individual links.

You mean the title in the content? what does this have to do with sh404SEF? we manage URLs and meta data, not page title.

But what does this have to do with links? It's not related to links. Your article is missing the title. That's inside the article, it's not related to links.
