Hi, I had a situation when we edited alias in the article together with content, but when we save modifications, url still redirect to old url with 404 page.
How to setup sh404sef to automatically clear his cache in such situation?

Hi

The stored URL are not modified when you do that. You have to manually customize them, or delete them so that a new one is created again.

This is done because it is not recommended to change the URL when you modify articles content, so that you do not loose benefit from search engines indexation.

Also, I got a couple articles where titles were not displayed unless I purge the cache from sh404sef. What could be a reason for this?

You mean use the Purge button to delete all URLs? You should never do that. It's ok when the site in development, when it goes live, you should never delete all URLs, as it takes some times to rebuild them. Visitors and search engines will see some 404 because of this.

Titles? what do you mean? page title? or are you talking about URLs? Maybe easier to explain with real examples.
