Hello,

I am having an issue with the SH404Sef working for JSP Location Component. The main URL is working:
https://www.xxxx.com/store-locator.html

but all branch URLs are not. See this for example:
https://www.xxxx.com/?id=1&task=redirectviewinfo

Any suggestions to get this to work outside of using non-sef URLs for this component? I tried Joomla router and that did not work either.

I asked JSP for support and they blamed sh404SEF as causing the issue.

Thanks for any advice.

I had not doubt about that.

Does this component have a router.php file?

If "Use Joomla router" does not work, then I'm not sure what can. If the component does not have a router.php file for Joomla, there's little that can be done.
If it does, then the other settings you can use is: "Use default handler" + "Use router.php with menu item".

Be sure to purge URLs or delete any JSP location related URL after changing the settings.
