So I am still trying to sort out the duplicate URL issues with my component. I had to delete the Menu items and just created System Links.
I still see a duplicate with a duplicate URL having an html extension and one that doesn't.

Is this also being created by the component or something else?

Those are not duplicates. They are totally different URLs, both the SEF and the non-sef. Looks like one is more of a category and the other is an item.

As for the SEF URLs, they are also different so I'm not sure why talk about duplicates in the case of different URLs?
