Sorry, this is the development version url:
xxxx.com/component/com_alfcontact/Itemid,239/view,alfcontact/

I need to make it like this:
xxxx.com/contact-us.html

Hi

Well, in the non-sef URL input field you need to enter a non-sef URL. Those are the URL Joomla uses, they are similar to index.php?option=com_alfcontact&view=alfcontact&Itemid=239

Currently you are trying to enter a SEF URL, /component/com_alfcontact/Itemid,239/view,alfcontact/

I did make a SEF url for the index.php?option=com_alfcontact&view=alfcontact&Itemid=239 and it does work.

However when I go through the menu, it still goes to :
xxxx.com/component/com_alfcontact/Itemid,239/view,alfcontact/

Is there a way to cach this one too?

Those are Joomla URls. You get them (for instance) from the menu item parameters.

However when I go through the menu, it still goes to :

It should be the same. However, after learning that you manually imported some data in the database that you manually modified, and that the manual changes you made are incorrect, it's pretty much impossible to do any support on this test site.

Pleas entirely wipe out the SEF URLs table before going any further.
