2 - Why do you show the 404 error page settings? how is this related to the problem?

Hi

1 - Does the URL table/ exist in the URL manager?
2 - Does it exist in the Aliases manager?
3 - I would suggest that you make sure the "Redirect from Joomla SEF to sh404SEF" option is set to No (under the Advanced tab of sh404SEF configuration)
