I want to customize page title and/or description meta tags for my pages and articles, but - as you can see in the attached picture, its empty. no page or article is shown.

Hi

And what happens when you go to the SEF URLs manager, where all your URLs are listed? This is the most common way of customizing title: click on a single URL and change title and description.
