Hi

That's something you would have to ask to the Watchful people I am afraid. As far as I know, the keys have to be entered in sh404SEF, they don't provide support for all extensions.

Hi

No problem. It seems really straightforward, but they would have to develop it, so I guess customers asking for it an important thing here ;)

Hi

Yes, that's why they would have to develop support for it. We use the standard Joomla API for passing update credentials, but they only provide support for extensions that use the original Akeeba backup method, ie limited to one single key (and that key must be in the URL).

I'll try contact them to see if they have made some progress on this and whether a solution can be found.

Hi

Sent an email to Wathfulli, let's see if and when they respond. While I was at it, I also made contact with Phil at myjooma.com. He said they don't allow this sort of thing, where the secret keys are stored on the myjoomla/WF control panel, for security reasons. So update keys always have to be entered directly on the site itself.

I will leave this ticket open in case you need to add something. It will automatically close in 2 weeks if no further comment is made.

Best regards
