 Hi,

I am getting 404 page when trying to access a joomla component page. I would like to log errors to what is happening.

I have set all options of shlib to yes. But still not able to see logs ( /logs ) on development server.

How can i get those errors before 404 redirect or display php errors without 404 so that i can check what's going on.

Any hint where to look for in the code will be much appreciated.

Hi

But still not able to see logs ( /logs ) on development server.
Joomla stores logs in the /administrator/logs folder, not /logs.

You should use instead "Record 404" under the "Data recording" tab of sh404SEF. You can then click on the + icon in the 404 error manager page listing, to see detailed information about the 404 errors.

Hi

That's the "logs" directory of Joomla. Joomla changed its default log location a few versions back, to put it in the administrator area.

Hi,

All is fine. It was due to incorrect path in
Global Configuration -> System : System Settings -> Path to Log Folder *

Kind regards,
