#3565 – category virtuemart in url

Dear support, i have an strange error on virtuemart.

i can´t see the gener category (mujer). You can see:

https://www.xxxx.com/sandalias-esparto/gris-silver-laminado-delta-gilda-1859

i have one category on virtuemart mujer and later one subcategory sandalias-esparto

i think that i have to see

https://www.xxxx.com/mujer/sandalias-esparto/gris-silver-laminado-delta-gilda-1859

why not?

i have configurated on sh404sef all categories in the field on virtuemart url generation. you can see the image.

1 - Have you purged URLs after changing this setting, or at least deleted the URL from the URL manager?

First i deleted the all the url articles this category - don´t work
Second: i purged all urls but - don´t work

2 - Do you have direct menu link to the sandalias-esparto category? even if it's not visible?

I have two menus which connect with this category. On top menu - Mujer-sandalias-esparto and the second is an alias menu to the first menu (you can see on the bottom)

Mujer: mujer(alias:mujer)
sandalias-esparto:(alias:sandalias-esparto)

Url menu on top:

https://www.xxxx.com/mujer/sandalias-esparto ----- works good url

but when i open an product details mujer disappear of the url


what can i do?

i create a category with no menu "prueba", a subcategory "subprueba" and one product in this subcategory in virtuemart in hombre category
