I want to make my site all url as short as possible. Pl see the below url

i want to make this as like https://www.xxxx.net/walton-mobile( By one click setting)

and it should be remaining same when i go to next page of this page.

I also remove category from URL Please see below:

Hi

All the URL structure configuration offered by sh404SEF are under the "Extensions" -> "Joomla" tab of its configuration. Please see this page of the documentation for more details and screenshot.

After you change any setting, be sure to Purge URls, so that new ones are created with the new settings.

To change walton-mobile-price-in-bangladesh to walton-mobile, you should change your article alias in Joomla, when you create the article.

As for removing the category, this is one of the settings I mentioned above.
