i have two problems with 2 urls that you can see in images . i have the url´s not have /manufacturer.

if i have deactivate sh404sef the url is ok but i activate i have two urls with /manufactures. You can see on red color.

how can i generate url without this suffix /manufacturer

what are those URLs non-sef, as listed in the URL manager?

2 - This looks like the result of a sitemap maker output, which will find more links than what's displayed on your site. What links do you get on your site for those categories?

Yes, I saw them the first time.

That does not mean there is any problem with sh404SEF.

But I did find the real problem: I finally logged in to the admin of this site, only to find that it runs Joomla 3.6.2 and has 20 extensions to update, including Virtuemart, which is a fairly old version.

I'm sorry that we both wasted so much time on your 3 tickets, I should have logged in earlier and checked that. Please update everything, and especially Virtuemart. We can talk again when all is updated.

I solved this problem...i delete the menus and delete the url in sh404 sef. Later i created the new menus and the url show well.

Hi

I still don't know what the problem was with those URLs, but happy if you are happy with the result.

Please note one thing: when I logged in to your site, I noticed you have the Joomla Cache system plugin enabled. This cause all sort of issues while you are developping the site, because you have to purge all caches after each and every change in settings you make, especially purging URLs.
This is why I disabled it. You might want to enable it back after all is well.

Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.

If you created any superadmin account for us, be sure to delete or block it now to avoid unnecessary risk in the future.
