 Hi,

I started a new website xxxx.be by restoring a backup from another website www.xxxx.be which had sh404SEF activated. When I check the canonical tags on the pages of my new websites I see that it always mentions xxxx instead of xxxx.be .
e.g. <link href="http://xxxx.be/bedrijfsincentives/bedrijfsincentives" rel="canonical" />

What must I do to replace xxxx by xxxx.be ?

Rgds

Hi

sh404SEF doesn't create canonical tags, except in rare cases (some Virtuermart pages, on home page). The canonical is normally handled by Joomla or some plugins.

I would suggest you check the Joomla SEF plugin, it has a "canonical" field, maybe you left it filled with your old domain.
