Hi

Joomla 2.5 is not supported at all. Joomla stopped supporting it 2 years ago, and we stopped supporting it nearly one year ago. You can use the latest J.25 version of sh404SEF (version 4.7.2, available from download area), but we cannot provide any kind of support for it.

Best regards

Hi

If you have Joomla 3.6 that's different. I don't speak German, but I think this:

JFTP: :write: Passiver Modus kann nicht genutzt werden

Fehler

Unable to write entry

Es kann kein Installationspaket gefunden werden!

means that you have a permission issue on your server, and Joomla cannot write to the disk.

1 - Have you tried to install another extension to verify?
2 - Why do you have FTP layer enabled? this is usually not needed, unless you have an incorrectly configured server. I would suggest you simply disable it
