Hi

I’ve just installed 403 (New to it first time etc.) Basic question!! BUT How do I pull the current Existing Title and Meta descriptions into 403 system?

Hi,

You don't. If you have existing meta data entered through Joomla standard input fields (in article pages, menu items editor, etc) they should be used untouched (by Joomla itself)
Then you can add overrides through our interface. Of course, we advise that users do all data entry in our interface, but that's not mandatory.
