1 - Why do you want to change that? http://www.xxxx.com/thie%CC%81t-ke%CC%81-nha%CC%80-no%CC%A3i-tha%CC%81t/ is a good URL, and it will be better for your users.

2 - This is normally a Joomla setting, not sh404SEF:
