 Hi,
I've read the documentation here https://weeblr.com/documentation/products.sh404sef/4/configuration/access-permissions.html but still can't figure this out. I have a user which is assigned to administrator level and they can't currently access the sh404sef component. I want to give them access to all but the configuration settings so they can modify meta data etc. I've manually changes Access Component to allow but there is a conflict and the calculated setting is coming up as Not allowed. I can't work out how to correct this. Can you please help?
Thanks

You also have to make sure that the parent level are set to inherit. If they are set to "Denied" then this would also block the "child" category.

For instance, with the default Joomla setup, Administrator is a child of Manager. So you first set Manager to "Allow" or better, "Inherit", and then you can set "Administrator" to "Allow". Otherwise, the "Manager" setting forces Joomla to disallow all its children groups, including Administrator.
