I'm getting an error http 500 when access urls like this one: http://xxxx.com/tag/7-empleos

I use a special module for article tags "HTML5 Tag Cloud" could it be the reason for it is not working?? Or how can I fix the error??

That's quite possible, as there is no problem with Joomla built-in tag support.

First thing to do is to set Joomla error reporting to Maximum, in Joomla configuration. This will let the real error be displayed.
Based on that error, you can then decide where to look to fix the problem.
