 Hello,

Recently i found out that my site has a SEF issue a little bit as described here:
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/11470
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/11542
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/6253#11470
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/6253
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/11470
https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/12410

So,

the site has 3 languages - separate databases for each , a different dir for each. Structure:
www.mydomain.com - Bulgarian language
www.mydomain.com/ru - Russian language
www.mydomain.com/en - English language

all sites are running 3.6.2 and the latest Sh404Sef extension. When clicking on the www.mydomain.com/en - English language all links are then transfered 'somehow' mysteriously to the main, root dir and a 404 url is thrown. I noticed that

http://www.mydomain.com/en/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&Itemid=172&id=1&lang=en&view=page

&lang=en or &lang=bg or &lang=de

is added to the link as shown above . This is for components , articles etc.

When i removed the corresponding string=>&lang=en it SH404SEF routed the link to the corresponding content (component, article and so on).
No language switcher is configured of the above 3x sites. Can you suggest me a how to workaround in order to get this fixed so i do not have to rebuild the site from scratch to the 3.4.8 version where it worked. Will it be ok to replace the code as shown there on the links? Anything else needs to be changed?

Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Hi

I'm not sure I understand your configuration. You say that you have 3 independents joomla install, one per language?
Like:

- one joomla install in the main folder
- another Joomla install in the /en/ sub folder or the main folder
- another Joomla install in the /ru/ sub folder or the main folder

Is this right? ie you have 3 independants sites?

When clicking on the www.mydomain.com/en - English language all links are then transfered 'somehow' mysteriously to the main, root dir and a 404 url is thrown.

If you indeed have 3 independent sites, this is just an indication that your main site .htaccess is not properly configured: it does not "let" the subfolders en and ru be accessed, and it redirects all requests to the main site. This what would happen with the Joomla default .htaccess for instance.

Rgds
