I am using sh404sef on amagerbrofysioterapi.dk

Maybe I am posting the wrong place. But do you have any idea, where I can find answers regarding my question?

I need some help with my site https://www.amagerbrofysioterapi.dk

Some of my pages exits with two addresses:

and

https://www.amagerbrofysioterapi.dk/hve ... r-jeppesen

Why is there a ?catid=0 at the end of the address?

I have tried to redirect https://www.amagerbrofysioterapi.dk/hve ... en?catid=0 to https://www.amagerbrofysioterapi.dk

But no luck. There is still two addresses.

How can I remove the https://www.amagerbrofysioterapi.dk/hve ... en?catid=0 link?

My problem is that sh404SEF is installed on amagerbroffysioterapi.dk but I didn’t buy it for Amagerbro Fysioterapi. The old designer did...

Can I somehow connect the installed sh404SEF to my profile? I can see the Access key and Secret in the administration...

Hi again

My problem is that the sh404SEF installed on amagerbrofysioterapi.dk is paid by Amagerbro Fysioterapi but they have no profile on https://weeblr.com/dashboard. Their old supporter installed the extension in his own name. Now I am the supporter for the company.

Therefore I have no subscription registred I only have the Access key and Secret in the administration. Can I use this information for login? Can I somehow be connected to the sh404SEF installed on amagerbrofysioterapi.dk?

Ah I see. In such case I'm afraid we cannot do much. Subscriptions are attached to the email address they were purchased by. Unless we get an explicit authorization to do such transfer originating from that same email address, we cannot transfer it to someone else. That previous developer is probably still using their subscription on other sites most likely.

I would suggest this company to get their own subscription, so as to be independent of any one developer they can employ.
