You asked for http://www.mywebsite.com/%E9%A6%99%E6%B8%AF, but despite our computers looking very hard, we could not find it. What happened ?

If I change alias to "%E9%A6%99%E6%B8%AF", it's OK

Who knows how to fix it?

When I clicked the new ticket button, there was a 403 error on the new page.
