Hi

No, it's not something you implement at the website level but more something you work on at hosting level. It requires significant work there and my best guess is that most people will have to rely on hosting companies to implement it.

Cloudflare has announced such product (free) and they are just starting to roll it out progressively.

Likewise, currently only Chrome for Android support this although it is expected other browsers will catch up quickly.

Too bad it's so complex, it just solves one of the big (marketing) issues of AMP!
