Sorry, we do not sell installation service.It should be no problem for a regular Joomla users. Please be sure to read the documentation first!

Hi

No. Generating a sitemap correctly (ie: not simply listing all URLs on your site, which is pretty useless) is a specific job, and currently there are other Joomla extensions doing this, so we have not put generating a sitemap at the top of our priorities.
