I have paid for a 404 subscription, am logged in and it shows no subscription. I have paypal confirmation you are paid and your 'support' area - when logged in, shows 303 access denied when requesting help under either 404 or admin category.

hould i tell paypal this was a fraudulent transaction?

    This customer used an E-Check instead of Paypal regular payment. Thus preventing automatic processing of their order. After posting this message, they went on with calling us out as fraudulent so payment has been refunded in full.
