Just an update notice for sh404SEF. So I login here and learn my subscription is expired. No account expiration warnings?

Now I have to operate with my site out of date for few days till I can get the funds, when I could have worked on getting it already...
No good!

Hi Marcus,

Sorry to see you're having trouble. We of course send pre-expirations notices to all our subscribers. 3 of them actually:

- 30 days before
- 7 days before
- 24 hours before expiration

They seem to work fine (I maintain a constantly expiring subscription on one of my accounts to receive those notices actually) but as with everything email, they can be rejected at different level of the process. It's rare that 3 messages would fail at several weeks interval, unless they've been rejected as spam though.

What email address are they coming from?

I'll try to White List it to prevent any filtering that me occur in the future ...

Better yet, Send me an email using that address you would be using for expiration notices. Today we will test ...
