Hello,

In the configuration there is a message (translated): Various plugins are available for sh404SEF that automatically create META tags for some components. Do not try to create it manually, unless you can not find the automatically created tags !!

Where can i find the plugin for generating Metatags for Articles?

That plugin is built-in. Page title and optionally meta description is built automatically for articles.
