Hello, I can't create a ticket for my problem. I see that 404 errros are raising each minute. i have like 200 pages but I have like 500 404 errors. How can it be? what to check?
Also, if I take a SEF url from 404 error dashboard and paste it in browser, there is not such 404 error as it is automatically redirected to crrect page.

    Hi

    You cannot access downloads area, or support areas because you do not have an active subscription. Actually, you do not even have an expired subscription, so I'm curious where you got sh404SEF? was it under a different email/username?

    In any case an active subscription is required for downloads and support.

    So you can therefore open a support ticket, providing all details about your setup (versions of Joomla, sh404SEF in particular) and of course real links to the site and to a sample of such 404.
