ACCOUNT Blocked on Weeblr

Dear Support

I have one of my account on your website which has been blocked and I would like the administrator to unlock it - I didn't find a place to ask such support, can you help me ?

    Ah yes, I found another account with your name: the account is not blocked, simply you have not completed the Joomla account creation procedure, ie clicked on the link in the email validation.

    You should check your spam folder if you did not see the validation message.

    Hi

    It's the same thing: you have created 4 of those accounts @dynamicmarketing.eu but you have not validated any. As with all Joomla sites and with most websites when creating an account, we sent you an email to be sure to address is valid. You then click the link in that message to validate the address.

    Again, please check your SPAM folder for that validation message and click the link in it.

    Thanks for your quick answer

    the fact is that I never receive any email on the domain dynamicmarketing.eu, even in the SPAM folder - this is why we tried to create 4 several accounts, than I thought that you may have blocked the domain name, this is why I tried with my acso.eu domain (which worked fine)

    Is this possible that you send to me the link to retrieve my account support@dynamicmarketing.eu ?

    We did send them but your email provider may block them.

    Are you looking at your spam folder on your machine? or the actual, real spam folder at your email provider?

    I have resent the validation email just now.
